Our residents submit all maintenance issues over the phone to a live operator, for the fastest possible response while discerning the level of legitimacy and/or urgency to each request. When sub-contractors are the wisest choice for a specific issue, we only work with carefully selected teams that have proven to be honest, and trustworthy over the course of time. We coordinate and communicate with the residents for our maintenance scenarios each step of the way, including follow up to ensure accuracy and completion. Protecting and maintaining your investment and your residents are a top priority for us.
Maintenance invoices are accounted for in Monthly Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal for maximum efficiency and transparency.

As an owner, you will have 24-hour online access to a client portal so you are able to view live financial reports and service issues being worked on. We actively work to provide before and after photos of renovations and repairs so you have visibility to the improvements being made to your property.
